process
Slowly, and on purpose. Somewhere between synthetic and real.
i.
Each one starts as something that kept breaking in real work: a face that drifted, hands that melted, a dress that changed between poses. It ships when it stops breaking, not when it demos well.
ii.
The point is the same person on frame one and frame forty. Every workflow is run against a fixed set of references and checked, not eyeballed, before it leaves the oven.
iii.
Every release says what it's for, what it was tested on and where it falls apart. No living artist's name used as a style switch, and no promise the model card can't keep.
